Support adds no tickets or certified views and changes no achievement milestone or numerical rank. Supporter status breaks ordering ties between equal ticket counts.
Supporters sort first within equal-count ties. Equal counts still share the same rank. No ticket, milestone or score is added. Repeat submissions and the standard credential stay free.
Duration
Oil Baron supporter styling lasts while digger.fans operates. This is not a lifetime or perpetual-service promise, and there is no subscription.
Refunds and disputes
Any partial or full refund, including a pending refund, removes supporter status. A failed or canceled refund may restore it after Stripe confirms the payment remains settled. A support request is not an automatic refund. Contact support before purchasing again.
Open or lost disputes remove supporter status. A won, prevented, or closed inquiry restores it only if the payment is settled and has no refund. Funds-reinstated notifications alone do not establish that a dispute was won.
